We have loaner equipment you can use! If you have a pair of cleats, wear them! However, there is no need to purchase your own until you are sure lacrosse is right for you! But we know...once you try it, you will be hooked! Practices are usually held at scheduled times and location, but may vary from time to time due to games, school activities, etc. Please use the form to let us know of your interested, your players, and if they have any lacrosse experience. We also like to let our awesome coaches know to keep an eye out for you! Eligibility:
The Cy-Fair Iron Maidens program is open to girls in the Cy-Fair Independent School district and neighboring districts in which a Texas High School Lacrosse League club program is not available. The Iron Maidens are a club sports program and are not associated with CFISD, however we do practice and play at CFISD facilities. |

TEAMSNAP: Download TEAMSNAP to your phone, this is the Maiden's main method of communication between parents and coaches.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Player's first practice pinny will be provided. All players will need a mouth guard that does not have white on it, cleats, goggles and a girls lacrosse stick. Talk to your coach about what equipment will work for you. Links to local supplies are on the RESOURCE page!
UNIFORM INFORMATION: Players typically wear pinnies in the "tournament season" (see below). There will be an opportunity for players that need "regular season" uniforms to try them prior to placing an order. Pay attention to future TeamSnap communications for uniform fitting days. Our spirit gear, extra pennies, and uniforms are provided through an online store. Details will be communicated.
SEASONS: From September-January is our "Tournament" season. Different Iron Maiden teams participate in different age/skill appropriate tournaments. You coach will communicate your team's specific details. You will also receive information per our "TeamSnap" communications tool. Tournaments are listed on the Resources page. Minimal tournament fees may be assessed as necessary depending on travel needs.
"Regular season" games typically begin in February and can run through May, depending on schedules and playoff status.
